  • Some have asked “Why can’t I get Local Wild King Salmon even though it’s in season?” — Well, if it’s “in season”, that means it’s a wild animal, because farmed seafood would typically never be “out of season”, and if it’s wild, that means availability is dependent on Mother Nature. Interesting to note that seafood is the extremely rare commercially-available protein (or even plant) that may be Wild. Anyway, LOCAL WILD KINGs are due in later this morning, so have at ’em!!
  • Prob’ly not gonna have Uni again this week — it’s another Mother Nature thing. But it’s looking good for a lotta’ Local fish, including FRESH SQUID; PETRALE SOLE; HALIBUT x3; COD x4 incl. BLACK COD; From down south, YELLOWTAIL JACK & WHITE C-BASS & HUACHINANGO (RED SNAPPER); Farm’d stuff from nearby includes B.C ATL SALMON, WA STEELHEAD, IDAHO TROUT, most of our MUSSELS, CLAMS, & OYSTERS are West Coast, and Check Out our REAL (not hybrid) STRIPED BASS, farmed off of the Pacific side of Baja!

  • Some of y’all asking about picking up your order, rather than getting a delivery to your door — Yes, that’s definitely an option that’s available to you now, because they’ve eased the restrictions to get on to Pier 45 since the Fire. Parking is still a fuster-cluck, but c’mon on down to pick-up your order, quintuple-park for a few minutes, check out our facility and the S.F seafood industry & culture. And we’ll waive the $100-minimum and the $10 service-fee.
  • We carry a few brands of SMOKED SALMON, all are ‘nova style’ (Lox), all are sliced (cater-cut), all are about 3 to 4# per side. Easy to break down into smaller units for yer freezer, then thaw ’em when you need ’em.
